conf-management-lowThe ETHOS proposal is aimed at promoting and developing/improving resources for change; new approaches and tools to manage and exploit interpersonal, social and organisational conflicts in business environments.

Undertaken to support quality and innovation in vocational education by fostering the integration of learning with working life, the project aims to promote more conducive learning environments at the workplace, and work-placed training to develop the associated vocational skills relevant to labour market needs.

Experiencing difficult times arising from recession, enterprises, particularly SMEs, find it more difficult to acquire the skills needed to deal with organisational conflict which may then go on to help them reposition and/or overcome challenging economic conditions.

For this reason, it is necessary to develop the diagnosis and training tools, methodologies and approaches needed to promote and encourage the introduction of specific soft skills in SME Training Plans. Helping them create a more favourable environment for development and innovation.
